Penedès TV is the public broadcaster of the Vilafranca del Penedès City Council, a continuation of the local television created in 1990.

Today Penedès TV broadcasts in a demarcation that includes the counties of Alt Penedès, Baix Penedès, and Garraf. It is a Penedès information channel that has about 30,000 regular viewers who have it as a reference medium.
